description | Three streetcar lines using small articulated European style low-floor trams operate, predominantly on the Western side of the Willamette. The NS runs North South along the Western side of the city. Loops A (Clockwise) and B (Anticlockwise) operate along a similar route to NS down the western side of the city before crossing over the river and running a similar route on the eastern side before crossing back over to close the loop. Services operate about every 15 minutes on all three lines |

description | Five lines provide a service across the city and out into the major suburbs including the Airport. In the city centre the service is more like a tram with on-street service and platforms on the sidewalks. Out of the city centre its more like a traditional metro with standalone stations. |

description | The Cable Car links the riverside area with the Oregon State University Hospital high in the hills above the city. The service runs as both a tourist attraction (Paying) and as a route for patients and hospital staff to reach the hospital (free). From the upper station there are spectacular views across the city and out towards both Mount St Helens and Mount Hood (on a clear day). The journey takes about 3 minutes each way |
