Erasmus Darwin House 
Description
The house that Erasmus Darwin lived in for a number of years whilst he was practicing in Lichfield. The house tells the history or Erasmus who was ahead of his time, positing a theory of evolution some 70 years before his grandson Charles finally published his Origin of Species. He was also an inventor, Philosopher and Poet - with Mary Shelly, Lord Byron and Samuel Coleridge Taylor fans of his work.
