Easy to navigate website for reservations only. Hotel selected was in centre of Bath. Hotel in reality almost in Bristol some 15 miles away. Very rude staff at call centre when I phoned to complain. HOTEL ONLY: I last tried this company 6 years ago with disastrous results on my trip to Bath. Given the time that had passed, and their recent advertising campaign, I decided to give them another try. They turned out to be the cheapest by some way. The booking was easy and quick. |
