My Review

This should have been a good hotel, but due to major electrical problems with the air conditioning and then in general meant I got virtually no sleep on one night. Despite receiption knowing of the issues (given I was at the desk at 01:30 and 03:00 raising the issue) they tried to play it off as nothing much and didn't accept that they had failed in their basic job as a hotel as a place to sleep. The hotel was only willing to offer a free drink as a gesture of goodwill.
The staff on duty overnight went out of their way to be helpful, but the day reception staff were disinterested and a little uncaring. Breakfasts were good, but they didn't really make up for an overall pretty awful stay.
