My Review

A very comfortable hotel located right in the centre of the city, with views from my room up to the castle and along the main street. The hotel is almost totally self service with an automated check-in and luggage lockers in a separate part of the building that you can leave luggage in after you checkout
I only interacted with one member of staff the entire time I was there, who was the person working in the breakfast room. Breakfasts were good with a reasonable choice replenished regularly
